Tristan meets every Saturday at the sea cadets in The Naval Base. It might feel much like the Scouts, with children aged nine and up, but their uniforms, ranks and positions suggest otherwise. They learn to repair ships, sail and stamp the hierarchy on board on their young minds. They are thus prepared for a career at sea, in the navy or elsewhere.
