A hundred years ago, this industrialised area on the river bank was a lively and fast-growing factory district, where wooden houses were being built for workers at a rapid pace. Since the turn of the century, there has been almost nothing left of the former industries. The factory halls are decaying or have been given a new function. The couple of times we knock on the door of this diner it is closed.
